Whether you think of yourself as quite the orator or just a novice in the public speaking realm, come showcase your rhetorical skills at this battle of wits! Contestants will be given random topics on which to extemporize. Winners will be selected by a panel of honored Trinity judges and receive special cash prizes. Awards go to the top three competitors of the Joseph C. Clarke Public Speaking Contest, including a first-place $500 prize, which will be entrusted to the winners to contribute to a creative program of their choice, ultimately enhancing the campus climate. Come test your wits, rally behind friends, observe impressive student speakers, laugh, and applaud the brave and bold! "Smart dress" requested.
